The stunning performance space in the centre of the library houses up to 200 people (120 seated). This space is ideal for live performances, with audiences enjoying views from the spiral walkway that overlooks the performance space and enables sound to fill the entire area. The stage is equipped with a lighting system, and PA equipment this makes the perfect event space, for private, community or corporate functions. The space can also be adapted for smaller-scale events, with seating arranged by a stage and around tables in various layouts. If you would like to book one of our spaces outside our Standard Booking hours please contact us with your enquiry. Please remember to include cleaning, set-up, and clearing-away times within your booking hours.
