What is the booking portal and what can I use it for?
This booking portal allows you to view and book spaces managed by Lambeth Council.
Which venues can I book through this website?
You can book spaces within Lambeth heritage spaces, libraries and leisure centres. We are still growing the booking portal and aim to add more venues soon.
Is there a fee to use the booking portal or to make a booking?
There is no fee to browse this website or make an account. You will only need to pay for the bookings you make.
Are Lambeth venues wheelchair accessible?
All our venues are broadly accessible however some spaces within venues may be harder to reach. Please contact the venue directly to discuss your accessibility requirements.

BOOKING PROCESS
How do I make a booking?
Click Sign Up to register if you’re a new user.
Once registered, click the verification email in your inbox.
If you already have an account, click Log In and enter your credentials.
Browse our venues to find the one that fits your needs
Choose a date and time for your booking
Complete and submit the Booking Enquiry form
You will receive a booking confirmation email within an hour.
Can I book more than one venue at a time?
You can not book more than one venue within the same booking process. You will need to complete separate forms for each venue you’d like to book.
You can however book multiple spaces in the same venue within one booking form. To do this, find the space you’d like and select ‘Book Now’. In the ‘Booking Details’ section, click the ‘Add another space’ button and select the space from the dropdown menu. Please note all spaces selected will be booked for the same time slot.
Can I make recurring bookings for regular events?
If you would like to regularly use a space, you can make a recurring booking. In the ‘Booking Details’ section of the booking form, select the ‘Set as recurring’ checkbox, complete the requested information and check availability. From here you can see what dates are available and delete any clashes before proceeding with the booking process.
Are there discounts available for recurring bookings?
There are no discounts available however, we offer competitive hire rates.
Can I book a space outside of standard hours?
Yes, you can make an enquiry via the contact details on the venue’s page. The venue will be able to let you know if they are able to accommodate your out of hours request.
YOUR BOOKING
Can I edit or change my booking after it’s confirmed?
Yes, you can make changes to your booking(s) on the ‘Bookings’ tab on your dashboard. Please note that rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
How do I book additional furniture or sundry items?
If you require furniture or sundry items that were not listed in the booking form, it may not be available. However, you can reach out to the venue to see if they are able to accommodate your request.
How do I cancel a booking?
From your dashboard, select the ‘Bookings’ tab and you can cancel any upcoming bookings here. Please note the cancellation policy below:
· Cancellations made more than 30 days before the booking will receive a full refund.
· Cancellations made between 14 and 30 days before the booking will receive a 50% refund.
· Cancellations made less than 14 days before the booking will not be refunded.
What do I do when I arrive for my booking?
Visit the venues reception and let them know you have arrived. You can also call the venue manager via the number provided on the venue page.
Am I allowed to bring alcohol?
Please refer to Lambeth Bookings terms and conditions here. You can also contact the venue directly to confirm, via their contact details on the venue’s page.
Is setting up and clearing up time included in my booking?
Your booking is inclusive of setting up and clearing up time. You will not have access prior to your booking, and you will need to vacate the space at the end of your booking time.
