SEND Bookings
What are SEND Bookings?
SEND Bookings are telephone appointments with your child's SEND Co-Ordinator. On this booking system you'll be able to find availability and book a 30-minute slot with the relevant co-ordinator.
How do I book a slot?
- Head to our Lambeth SEND Consultants page
- Find your relevant co-ordinator from the "Available Spaces" section at the bottom of that page
- Select your child's designated co-ordinator to be taken to their page
- In the "Book your space" section, select your preferred date and timeslot, then select "Book Now"
- On the "Booking Details" page, enter a brief description for your booking (i.e. Telephone Appointment)
- You may need to "Check Availability" on this page, after selecting your preferred date and time. If the time is unavailable (due to a "Closure" or "Clash"), please select another time and re-check availability
- Select "Continue Booking" to complete our Booking Form (see below for more information on what you'll need to complete this form)
- After completing the form, you will need to accept our "Terms and Conditions" and "Privacy Policy" on the next page in order to finish your booking
What do I need to complete the booking form?
To complete the booking form, you will need:
- Your child's Full Name
- Your child's Date of Birth
- Your child's Current School/Educational Setting
- An Education, Health and Care Plan (EHC) in place
Do I have to pay for an appointment?
No, all SEND appointments can be made free of charge.
I've made a booking. Where can I see what times I have booked?
- On the hire.lambeth.gov.uk page, Log In
- Once you're logged in, select the Dashboard
- In your Dashboard you'll find a separate tab for Bookings
- In the Bookings section, you can use the filters to search for your bookings, including future bookings, past bookings and cancelled bookings
Do I need to view the Finance, Documents or Deposits tab on my account?
The Lambeth Booking platform supports a number of different services, including room hire with libraries, leisure and more.
For booking SEND, you WON'T need to access the Finance, Documents or Deposits sections of your Dashboard.
Other services may require you to access these if you wish to book another service within Lambeth Bookings.
