This spacious meeting room, located on the library's lower ground floor, offers flexibility to suit various layouts, including cabaret, u-shaped, boardroom, or theatre style. Its adaptable design makes it an excellent choice for a wide range of events, such as meetings, workshops, fitness and wellbeing sessions, talks, and social gatherings. This meeting room has a capacity of 40 attendees. If you would like to book one of our spaces outside our Standard Booking hours please contact us with your enquiry. Please remember to include cleaning, set-up, and clearing-away times within your booking hours. This space is currently not wheelchair accessible while we await necessary adaptations. This work will be completed later this year.
